Dear Sir,

We had purchased WHIRLPOOL FUSION REFRIGERATOR on 24-01-2010 from GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO. Barrackpore, Kolkata-120. The refrigerator is not functioning properly.No cooling or frosting is happening at all. We have made the first complaint at the shop from where we purchased it on 15.04.2010. A service provider of whirlpool attended our house on 19.04.2010. He had told that our refrigerator will be taken for servicing within 3 days and some charges will also be taken. We had agreed to give the charges but still no repairing has been done. Whenever we are calling at their customer care center we are being replied that a person will be send that day itself. We are fed up of complaining them daily.
We will be pleased if some proper action is taken immediately.
