I bought cosmetics from shivam enterprises. They got everything checked except lip liner. 1. It was not the right color. 2. It was broken. Today I went to get it changed but the owner refused saying come tomorrow when the sales girl who sold the product will be back. Instead of apologizing and checking. On top of this asked me why I did not chk it.

Inconvenience of going back and moreover asking me to come next day. I left the eye liner there.
