Respected sir, i ordered a lava iris 455 mobile phone using www.shopclue.com on 25 Dec 2013 vide order no 9647727. Product delivered me on 30/12/13. I inserted simcard and full charged battery. On using it was giving backup for 2 hours with 3g and not more than 4 hours,if i switch off and again switch on it eats 10-15% of battery. No android phone is like this. In website it is entered 8 hours back up with 2g & 6 hours with 3g. Camera is of 5 mega pixal with flash but quality of photo is not superior than VGA. Either manufacturer mentioned wrong detail or set is faulty. I placed a return request on vide request no 163547 dtd 1/1/14. customer care suggested me to contact service centre & it will repair my set. As per return policy customer can return in the cases of Wrong Size,Wrong Color, Wrong Quantity,Defective,Damaged, Or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant. But they are not following the rule. c/ care is telling me to get it repair through service centre. why should i accept defective brand new product. After using it at least 15 days if it become defectiv, that time i will be liable to bear.Please initiate preventive action against the company for its fraudulant behavior, make my product returned. I gone through google search, lots of customers complaining against this company’s fraudulent behavior. This company engaged in sucking lacks of consumers by cheating activity. Thanking you sir. Immediately get my hand set returned and refund my money so that i can purchase handset from any other place. Please ban this fraud company. Another issue is that phone no given by company belongs to Ghaziabad (UP)but the address is of Delhi which proves that this company is cheating company. Thanking you.
