ShopClues.com – Damaged Product received

A 3 Burner Automatic Gas stove with Marble Finish was purchased from shopclues.com after paymentof Rs 1828/-. Damaged product is supplied by shopclues through DTDC on 14 june 2013. On complaint, return request was approved but they say that address is not serviceable for return pickup and requested for other address. New Serviceable address provided on 21 July 2013 (on which return request of order id 3714995 successfully completed). But nothing happened even after one month in which many reminders has been given. Email replies are seems to be computer generated and no action on complaint. Voice contact could not be established (1400+ seconds my call was put on hold with IVRS message that “you are first in line and will soon be attended” and the call got disconnected). Top Bosses are hidden behind VEIL. They can’t be contacted. I request for refund of amount
