Micromax Mobile – not received any kind of proper response

I have purchased a mobile From Micromax some months back and it had touch screen problem in some months. I have given the same for service in warranty period to the Above mentioned service station on 20-07-2013 job sheet no. W030406-0713-4592012 and was told that I will get back the same in 8 to 10 days. It had been almost a month and I have visited many times to the place but have not received a perfect time and date of delivery of my handset. I have also registered a complaint with Micromax customer care number on 14th aug 2013 . ( compliant no . 1408138576) and have not recd any kind of response till date. I have also emailed on the email id of Micromax , but have received a very slow and unexpected response where they are asking me to send the copy of my complaint.

Its almost a months time when I have not received any kind of proper response and any guaranteed answer about getting back my handset. In this age of technology , I had almost all of my important software related to my profession and clients details on handset and I am suffering a lot of problem to serve my clients.
