defective product and even size error in shoes and my account on shopclue is not even showing the product what i bought and shop clue is not taking any action so that i can return the product , i tried to contact them by phone ,and emails but all the efforts have been unfruitful

i paid RS.3699 for what a product that have multiple defects and size error(i ordered shoes No.8 and they delivered one of sizeNo.8 and other of size No.8.5

refund(priority) or the product as they promised to deliver when i ordered it
