I had bought a practice CD online in shopclues.com which was said to contain 160 Electrical engineering tests and 80 maths tests. It also was supposed to contain 20 subject wise tests of EE and maths. However, when I received it, I saw there were only 20 tests. So I contacted their helpdesk in the email given above and told them about the problem. They asked for a bit of time, and after about 4-5 days they provided me with only 88 EE tests and no math tests. Then when I sent them mails ans texts repeatedly, after about 20 days, they sent 50 maths tests. Now they don’t respond to mails or calls, and I haven’t got the rest of my tests. As the package was quite costly (Rs. 750) and I am from a middle class household, its a big setback for me.

I just want the rest of my tests. They said they’ll provide me with an android software for free,but I guess that was just for bidding their own time.
