I have ordered one TV from shopclues.They did not deliver it on time so i tried to contact courrier company.Corier company asked me to pay 40 % taxes to sales tax department.Then i informed it to shopclues and they cancelled my order.I am waiting for my refund of rs.12799.I am calling them from last few weeks but every time they said that they need 48 hrs to resolve today i tried to contact them on facebook but they blocked me on facebook bcause i was asking for my own money.Its around one and half month but they are not paying my money.

I need my money 12799 with compensation of my inconvenience.
