I had booked my car (Wagon R ,No UP 16 Q 8087)to be sent from Noida to Bhopal through courier by Deluxe packers and movers Noida. Mr. Purshottam of Deluxe Packers Movers lifted my car on 05/07/04 and made commitment (verbal ) to deliver the same by 13/07/2014 to Bhopal (Door to Door delivery). However, the dealer had failed to meet his commitment and had delayed the delivery of my car for more than five days and still, as on date (17/07/2014), there is no confirmation of delivery by company representative. The dealer has constantly kept me in dark and in spite of my numerous calls and SMS had shown very sluggish response. This has caused heavy mental stress and loss to me on personal and professional front due to unplanned shortage of conveyance in city like Bhopal (where personal vehicle is a must for local conveyance).I further apprehend that this inordinate delay can be misused for manhandling of my car.

I had to book auto evrytime whenever i had to go to school,railway station,market, office etc with heavy charges.Thus I want the penalty for the same from Deluxe Packers and Movers.
