Hi team , I paid for a set of Bed sheet and 2 pillow cover , they ShopClues.com shipped it and it was to be liver to a given shipping address but till date it has not been delivered . I contacted them with email as they replied that they coordinated with their courier partner that confirmed that the product has been delivered to given shipping address but it not right , I again contacted them stating that the product has not been delivered yet , they again reply the same thing and requested me to accept the delivery . I am fed up with them i communicated them that I may be left with the option of complaint it with consumer forum.

penalty to them for not repeating such things to other innocent consumer/customer teaching them a lesson .
