we using tata indicom broadband for more than 4 years for the past 6 months we are not getting the connection properly we log the compliant on 26.05.15 the connection was totally disconnected still today we don’t found any solution they we not ready to answer when will the connection issue will resolved it was the business plan connection we are highly paying for the lower bandwidth (as per them issue will be solved in 72 hours but in my case more than 8 day still now not yet ) it totally disturbed my mindset

we are running the printing shop it totally disturb our business step without internet connection answering to costumers it really damaged your shop name per day revenue is around 6000 to 8000 nearly it as been reduced to 2000 to 3000
