I had ordered for a product, Nova hair trimmer on 25th April and the Shopclues.com had promised delivery by May 3rd. Until now I have not got the product for which I had paid money and they are not responding with a good answer as they do not care and they give a worst service. Please help me to file a case against shopclues.com

Due to the bad service and no support from them, I would like to get a compensation of Rs. 25000/- so that such a thing never happens to others.
