I have sent one consignment under consignment no. 851 through speed movers and packers pvt ltd. on 29th of April 2014 from Bongaon to Gangtok. The company representative delivered the items on 04 th of May in Gangtok. But at the time of receiving I found that verious items are broken/damaged and one item is missing . I have informed the company and asked them to raise a claim from the insurance company and also sent them mail in their mail id mentioning the items broken/damaged and the item lost. Today ( 13/07/2014) when i called the representative to know the status of my claim they told me to forget about the claim. They also threatened me telling if i took a step then it will not be good for me. Please take step from your end against such a fraud company who can cheat many more like me in future. I am enclosing herewith the scanned copy of bill. I can also provide other supporting documents if necessary

I want to make them settle the insurance claim and quick response from your end
