Shopclues delivered a damaged low quality product and when I asked for refund they took replacement request willingly and when I checked with their customer care asked them to change to refund,they took my request.again when i checked they were saying that I asked for replacement,finally refund request got approve.Courier people came to pickup and took the material but after few day they had sent one mail stating that they have received a different product.I did send the correct product[Niya music system] but the are saying that they have received Kadhai]Mail communications attached.Please call me for further quaries.they are making people fool.I asked the customer care people to check and update finally but nothing they did.
Asking you to please take care of this kind of situations so that customer should not get dissatisfied and teach them a good lesson.they are making people fool.It should not happen. I want the refund.
