We have received this product on 19/6/2014.Its box was pressed on the top.when we opened the box found that the tablet was broken on one side.Immediately we informed Shopclues on their customer care & mailed them the pictures on 19/6/2014 as per their instruction.On 20/6/14,we received a mail from Shopclues that solution will be given to you in 48 hrs,Since then nobody approached from their side.Also when we tried to charge the tablet,we found that it has battery problem and cannot be switched on.

We had made an advance payment of Rs 5666/- through credit card.Sethi Enterprises have intentionally cheated on us as knowingly they have send a defective product with swollen battery to us.Now when we are approaching shopclues,they are not showing any concern and are discourtious.
