Vodafone – Wrong bill repeated complain but no work

My bill was charged for rs 5996 in feb. I made a complaint to your service around 17 feb. I requested the Vodafone representative not to stop services on my mobile no as its not possible that i have i have so much dues. I made repeated attempts. U registered my complain but no work on complaint was done till i end of the month. Inbetween Vodafone cut my services. I made a call again and said its not possible i have bill of 5996 but Vodafone representative didnt paid heed to my requests. Then my services were cut off for More than 15 days. I had to face extreme hardships infact mentally was tortured to talk to Vodafone representatives again and again and explain myself again and again. So i out if sheer frustration i bought sim of another service provider. Then after nearly a month u call me up and say my bill has been reduced to 833. Not even an apology was given for wrong bill preparation. Infact i had explained to Vodafone representatives that talk to me and i will explain how much rupee has to given by me just going by the bill that you issued to me, but alas you didnt even listen. I am extremely agitated and hurt at the same time that world leading service provider has scant request for its customers.

Penalty on Vodafone. Cancellation of my bill. Reprimand for Vodafone for such torture they have inflicted on me.
