Myself purchase a duke jacket & my order no. 31472705 from ShopClues Online Shopping. but they delivered wrong product. so i return back this jacket to seller address.and my return id no.770783 after filing online return,myself call costumer care so many times regarding this. but no solution till now.myself jacket send through first flight courier & tracking no.is -r91900099095 which is delivered on 14/01/2015 to seller(9899171860).

Myself absent 4 days from duty during this period and lot of mental pressure i feel.
