ShopClues Online Shopping – Sold Defective Product

I ordered a Laptop in the Month of January from Shopclues.com, I got a defective product. I filed a return request first they they wont repair it, i need to go to service center to get it repaired. Then after 2 months the seller picks up the product from home, and now it being almost a month, I have not received any rplacement or refund. Customer care service is not receiving my call. I want to register a fraud case against shopclues.com

I afiyakhan is sending lot of emails and complaint my times to take back the product back because it is not at all good and the Nokia c503 phone is old phone which one I ordered was new one but u got old one so kindly take immediate action on ShopClues.com people.l want to return it back and want my money back.
