Porting out from Jio to Other Network

Respected Sir,

This Rakesh, from Khammam, Telangana. Requesting you to accept my port request UPC : JA923156.

As i am porting due to loosing my calls and messages when i am trying to switch the mobile data networks when i am not getting the signals. Because of jio wont get signals in 2G and 3G. So i am loosing my business calls and important sms when i am switching the mobile data option to other network.

When i got a call from customer care, the person who spoke to me saying that the minimum period is 90 days to continue with Jio. But this is not fare as i am facing lot problems because of loosing business calls and sms when i am switching.

Please do the needful and kindly accept my port request i mention in the above port code.

Dear Mr. Chintala,

We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

As discussed on call, to initiate the Port Out process, you should have been with Jio for at least 90 days and not have any outstanding dues or legal or contractual obligations.

In case you are in a remote area and you are unable to receive voice calls, I request you to use call forwarding option on your device.
We appreciate your patience and support.
