I ordered two tops from Shopclues and chose cash on delivery. The total bill paid was Rs. 617 and they both were part of the same parcel. On returning the parcel, i got refunded for only one top. Amazed to observe the unprofessionalism at shopclues where they have no way to confirm the return of the second top despite my multiple requests. Loss of Rs. 300 for nothing! Will never use this service again!!
