ON 01st February 2016 I resigned from my PNB Metlife Insurance Co LTD agency code 11046332 , Apte road branch , Deccan Gymkhana , Pune 411004 . I still find that they have not removed their name from my license number 1148230 . They have not issued me the Cessation certificate and NOC also when more than a year has passed .
