This is with reference to the Sony PUMPX (SRS-X2) Wireless Bluetooth Speaker ordered online through your website, www.shopclues. com, vide order#83348127. I am really disappointed to see that the product delivered to me is not the original SONY product.I have seen the original Sony product to which this looks a total mismatch i.e. The buttons on the original Sony product are different than on the one sent to me. It just has a Sony sticker pasted on it. No logo printed. While connecting the Bluetooth, the Bluetooth name displayed is different than what it is displayed for the original product. The original product’s name says SONY:SRS X2 while the name displayed for this product is LB36.There is no manual that is their in the box. It is unable to tune any FM channel on it. A written email has also been sent to them twice within the time frame however, I have not received any reply from them.

It has resulted in economic loss of INR1699 and also resulted as an embarrassment as I was unable to use the product for the purpose I have bought. After sending repeated emails to them and getting no reply, I called up the customer care and explained my issue for approx. 1 hour. However, have still not received any relief so far.

I request you to kindly look into the same and refund my money. Also, please provide me an appropriate relief for the embarrassment I have faced.
