I ordered Surya benz 3 stove burner but snapdeal send me surya max burner which is of very cheap quality and the price of this burner is also lesser than the amount which i paid for surya benz 3 burner and due to wrong delivery of product i faced business loss because i am engaged in the business of catering and i have to cook sabji, dal and related food products on such gas stove on daily basis but due to wrong supply i am unable to cook food because this burner (wrong) is not good in functioning thats why i didn”t order this burner. I requested you please help to solve my complaint and i also need the loss which i occur in my small business due to wrong supply of gas burner because this is the wholly mistake of snapdeal not mine.
