During the Great Online Shopping Festival (GOSF) 2014 held between 10-12 December 2014, a website www.shopjohnplayers.com offered huge discounts on John Players apparel. Since GOSF was hosted by Google India and since I saw the ITC logo, I assumed that it was the official online sales website of the John Players Brand and purchased online (Order Id: 100000939). But, after receiving the payment online, they have not delivered the apparel and are now mentioning in the website that the order is successfully delivered. When I emailed their customer support saying that the order was NOT delivered, their response was that they called me by telephone and I have accepted that the apparel was delivered. When I responded saying that they haven’t delivered and I haven’t had any telephonic conversation regarding this, they stopped responding to my emails.
