Signature forged, Application Manipulated, Matter Intentionally delayed

Respected Sirs,

The under noted complaint / mail is not resolved till date. Intentions of TATA AIG is not clear. Matter is Intentionally Delayed. Original mail dated 29/5/10

Written to Tata Aig:
Very regret to write that before reverting on my mail you have not coordinated with your internal departments & you are not updated with status of the policy. You are not able to inform or write the status of the policy after 30 days, its worst on the name of TATA. Your reply is same which is mailed against my mail dated 29th May 2010 & the reply is not proper & full.

Tata Aig is intentionally holding the money & delaying the matter.
Please note that you are not updated with the status of the policy.
You have replied blindly something & given me a fresh reference number or intentioanally done so.
Note that matter is informed to IRDA.
As I have written in my earlier communication, I am also free to move to any authority / organisation / all kind of media & press on this matter.
Tata AIG is responsible & liable under all circumstances for the loss of interest for the invested amount @ 24% with other expenses occured on the matter. The expenses, damage & loss will be accounted from 29/05-2010.

We refer to your email dated June 21, 2010, regarding the above mentioned policy. You are trying to devaite the original date of correspondence for which you have given the reference ID No as 30548. Just giving the request or complaint reference number will not resolve the issue. The original complaint was made on 29-05-10. You are intentionally trying to avoid replying to mail dated 29-05-2010. Please reply point to point for the mail dated 29-05-10 which can be seen in your today’s reply.

We thank you for bringing the matter to our notice and assure you that necessary investigations will be conducted and appropriate action will be taken with respect to the issues raised. We are extremely concerned about the matter and regret any inconvenience caused. You assurance of resolving the issue with in 7 days has not worked yet, just regreting will not satisfy me or any customer of TATA AIG. This is worst response I have seen in my life.

We wish to inform you that the signature identity proof provided at the time of issuance is not legible. Please find attached a copy of the same for your kind reference. One more time I will make it clear that the identity (PAN Copy) given alongwith the application is very much legible. This scan itself is manipulated & if not then why this was accepted with the application & how the policy document was issued ? I am not satisfied with the reply, this was made clear in the mail of 21-Jun-10. Please arrange to send back the copy. I am ready to give you another copy, arrange to send your authorised executive with ID Card to my residence address.

We request you to provide us with a duly signed letter and a clear copy of valid signature identity proof bearing your photograph to investigate the matter further. Please submit the requirements to any of the nearest Tata AIG Life branches or to the address mentioned below: For TATA AIG & its appointed agency mistake & fraud why customer has to give a signed letter ? Why Application is processed without verification ? Why Verification call was made after the policy document reached us ? Why the letter of processing proposal form is sent to us (which is dated after policy document)? Why the mail dated 29/05/10 not replied as yet ? Why the complaints registered with verfication caller not yet resolved ? Why the complaint/s registered with toll free number is not yet resolved ? Still I am ready to give you letter in writing arrange to send your authorised executive with ID Card to my residence address.

Please note that, we were trying to contact you on 9980551008; however, we were unable to reach you. We request you to provide us with your alternate contact details for future reference. This number is very much active, in daily use, I have solid proof against this remark. Alternate numbers are already there in the application, intentionally not tried. However you may note one more 098448 15759. When you cannot answer on toll free number & mail for months together definetely you have not tried on 9980551008.

Dear Mr. Subramanaim,

I want to make it clear that the PAN card copy was given along-with the application the copy was very clear & legible, please send back the submitted PAN copy & I will give you a fresh copy. If the PAN copy was not legible then why it was accepted ?

I do not understand why a letter is required from insured to investigate the forgery done at your office or your appointed agency office. Moreover, a written mail is sent to the Email address which is available to the customer. The complaint is also registered verbally at verification centre & CC centre. No relevant reply as yet. why ?

You are intentionally trying to avoid & delay the matter.

For the same subject you cannot reply twice in different moods, please check your records.

I once again requesting you to pay attention to the satisfaction of customer. Your immediate reply is accepted. If the matter is not resolvable by you, please handover it to your superiors.

(This case need your serious & immediate attention, otherwise I would move further to initiate action for cheating, intend to cheat, involving in cheating, giving false information)

Note: At present these facts are not supplied or given to media / press / any jurisdictional authorities / any legal entity / consumer forum / organisations / IRDA but may be given if satisfactory reply is not given within reasonable time, non working days are counted as cancellation clause also counts the same.

A person from Apoorva Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd has approached me few days back soliciting to invest in Tata Aig Life Lakshya Plus. He explained the plan on white sheet saying he do not have any ready format working. I decide to invest & gave him a cheque & application.

After one day I have asked him to come back as I wanted to change the Life Insured, Proposer & Nominee. He came after One day & changed application with signatures of Life Insured, Proposer & Nominee was given to him.

Yesterday (28-05-2010) I have received the Policy document from Tata Aig via Blue dart courier. I am shocked to see that my application has been tampered & signatures at three places are forged, duplicated & manipulated.

1. Plan was explained to me for period of 10 years & I opted 10 years whereas in application it is changed to 15 years. Why & by whom?

2. Life insured is HARI PRASAD DADHICH, proposer is ANAND KUMAR DADHICH, nominee is ARVIND KUMAR DADHICH & all have signed at respective places, whereas application shows something else. Why & by whom ?

3. Permanent address was given address is manipulated to wrong address

4. Signature in sales benefit illustration is forged, its not my signature.

5. Sales illustration is not at all readable it is done purposely (whole document is of different font, why this is not in the same font or readable font & yes page has eough space)

6. An Amendment to Application for policy is attached for change of term to 15 years instead of 10 years, signature is forged / duplicated.

7. Regular premium allocation charge was explained as zero, whereas Rs 7500.00 is charged (Not acceptable)

8. Monthly administration charges exlained as zero, whereas Rs 637.50 is charged (Not acceptable)

9. If some one at Tata Aig has not forged it then how Tata Aig without verifying the difference in signature issued the policy document.

10. I have called Tata Aig No 9810208649 / Apoorva Insurance Brokers 9900108405 misbehaved, improper replies were given.

11. Not intend to cancell the policy but I should know who has forged & action against him / her / against group of persons if more than one is taken.

12. Why complete agency details are not mentioned in the policy document (address, phone no, email) ?

13. Why names of nominee & relationship is not mentioned in policy data ?

I hereby request to reply immediately clarifying the above points in writing.
