SK. Jamrul Construction have made one room @ Rs. 1000 per square foot but no agreement was made. I have paid Rs. 1,96,000/-. Sk. Jamrul wants more money from me. Please inspect what is the actual cost of the work.
I expect more or less Rs. 50,000/- or more he has taking extra from me but, the construction has not done properly and he has used below category of materials. The total work is very poor. Please see the cases immediately.
I want the excess amount what he has taking from me should be returned and remaining work what he has not done as per the quotation should be finished immediately without any delay.
