The Air Sofa was purchased online in August 2014 and subsequently delivered to my address by Sky Shop Products (TIN:07150462103). It has been charged extra for warranty. After 2 months the leakage started from one portion and after some time from another portion but the numbers provided keeps on ringing. No complains can be logged hence no services have rendered till date.
The product can not be used. With such bitter experience I have to now purchase a sofa cum bed which will cost me around Rs.25-30,000/-. This will be an additional financial burden for me. Normally if the product is replaced my purpose would suffice. But as the company have no intentions to service for which they have no fixed line numbers/customer care numbers or complaint id’s and other modes to register service issues, its better they pay up for the sofa cum bed that would be purchased from a authentic source.
