MTS MBlaze Broadband – Issues

Sir, I have sent many mails and called MTS MBlaze to fix the service issue. They claimed that I will speed at least 3.2Mbps at the time while I was purchasing this item. Once I bought the device they refused to take any complaint for poor service , they said we are working in your area to fix the issue. But no one dare to come and fix my issue. Later one of their executive said ,I will receive waiver until service is down. I never get any waiver . I registered 3 items complaint somehow but no one dare to call me. Is this a service payable. Finally I asked if teh services will not be back I will not pay any single penny. Their appellate authority sent me sorry mail and confirmed service will be back in 3-4 weeks. After 5 weeks I called them , again they sent sorry mail it will take next 3-4 weeks. I asked them to either waive off the fee as discussed with your executive or terminate my connection. I will not pay any single penny for this. They terminated my connection without resolving issue. My question is that, Why should I pay id they failed to provide support or fix the issue. I called them many times and they always say , We are sorry but i need to pay . Please help in this.

As per their commitment I need waiver of bill . It would be great if you can slap a fine to this fraud company. You can seen many negative reviews again this brand over the internet. Every one is frustrated with their poor support and hardly find time to lodge a complaint. Thanks
