I have ordered(paid Rs.1149) a saree of net fabric by reading the description on their site on 15th december 2014 having order no.30085715 but at the time of delivery (i.e 26th december 2014)they deliver me the Georgette saree and i returned the product the same day and request for refund having complaint no/ticket number 1805533 but they are not giving me my money. i have given my account details to them for NEFT but they did mistake on their end by transferring amount to account. i have called my yes bank customer care and they informed me that the UTN number which shopclues team has given me is already reverted to their account as the account no. they entered was not existing.i again drop a mail in shopclue email id but they are wasting my time and testing my patience which i already lost till now.
I have sent more then 19 mails to them and so many calls to customer care of shopclues as well yesbank to coordinate but from last two and half month they(shopclue) are making my life hell as they always replied that “sorry for the inconvenience we are forwarding your compliant further” and nothing has done by them till now.
I want my refund back as soon as possible and along with i want a compensation of Rs. 20000 as they torture me mentally and emotionally and also wasted my time.if you want i can send you the screen shots of all the mails and order slips.i have attached the return slip for your information and i can also provide all the emails if required.
