Snapdeal – Aquafresh purifier – Seller denied provide service

The complaint is basically regarding the aquafresh water purifier that i ordered from snapdeal w.r.t their delhi based seller j.k.electro appliances for which was delivered to me by snapdeal on 2nd aug 2014 but the problem was regarding the free installation for which i first contacted the aquafresh customer support on their mentioned contact no. to which they completely denied to provide me any kind of service for i had bought this product from snapdeal . Then i contacted snapdeal regarding this to which they gave me their service provider no. i.e jeevs and asked me to call them for the installation quoting the refernce of snapdeal. Then when i called the jeevs regarding this then they replied me positively and told me that they will install it in 2 to 3 days but told me the charges for installation as 350 to which i denied and called snapdeal again then they somehow managed to contact the jeevs to which jeevs agreed to install free .Then jeevs replied me again for the free installation soon but never came for that .Then after no. of complaints to snapdeal and all those complaints not getting addressed either via mail or call made it totally inconvenient for me that i had to call jeevs and snapdeal again and again and it charged a lot of money since they don’t have the toll free no. too . Finally i requested the snapdeal to provide me with compensation in return so that i get it installed on my part to which they didn’t replied and when i tried getting it installed on my part then i found the product faulty in the sense that locksof filetrs inside are very loose that when the person tried installing it then the water started leaking to which that person asked me get the product replaced . After a lot of convenience from the quafresh customer support ,jeevs and especially the snapdeal I am registering my complaint in hope to get the fast redressal and a genuine one from the consumer court .

i want my issue to be addressed prpoperly along with the water purifier to be installed by them i mean the aquafresh installation department or by jeevs along with the proper compensation for the inconvenience caused to me and inefficiency and delayed services of the three .Alongside the product with the leakage in the filters need to be properly replaced with new one as well as strict action should be taken against them for frequesn ignorance in this regard.
