Dear Sir, I have taken 2 years extended warranty from Core Technology (hpwarranty@coretechnologiesindia.com) Delhi, a partner of HP (As told in mail and call). Core Technology has promised me to provide support for all type of hardware problems for 2 years. But when I tried to contact they are not responding and not providing any support. The leading Payment Gateway provider https://www.payumoney.com is helping in their fraud. When i complained to PayUMoney about Service providers fraud and unavailability to provide support for which they are taking money from customers then they only ignore the issue and does not support me in this regards. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. This issue is mean to financial and mental torcher for me and many other consumers. Please take appropriate action against Core Technology and PayUMoney.
