I had purchased a sattelite lcd from videocon the lcd has problems like electric current problem with speakers and the remote or keys do not work properly i had complaint several times with the customer care but no satisfactory resolution has done so far even they had not replace me the set within its warranty period.

i had called them several times and i lost its proper services since been purchased.
