I placed an order on snapdeal.com for a Sunflame chimney. The order was placed on 02-October-2013 and promised delivery date was on or before 11-October-2013. Till now the item is not delivered. Reason for non delivery is that snapdeal has mentioned wrong city and Pin number. I have raised complain with Snapdeal and called their helpdesk and mailed them several times.
