I purchased a reebok watch from snap deal.com but they have given me defective product when i called up they have given me sd cash and told me to purchase it again. if i purchase through sd cash i have to pay delivery charges extra as which i did not pay earlier as i ordered 2 watch at a time now they are telling me to pay 30 rs extra

i want them to replace my reebok watch by giving me hand delivery at home not through sd cash
