I bought a 50″ Panasonic TV from snapdeal on 12th Oct.It had a standard delivery time mentioned as Dispatched in 1 business day which was not done. After repeated calls , the product was dispatched on 17th Oct, 5 days late. The product reached us on 22nd Oct and guess what, we received a 42″ TV instead of 50″ what we had paid for. Then again after a series of long calls with the customer care, the return pickup happened on 28th Oct and we were promised that we will receive the correct product delivered to us from the nearest seller as soon as the product inspection is complete. Now today on the 3rd of Nov i receive an email stating you order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated and when we spoke to the supervisor, they informed us that the product is not in stock and we can very well see there are 11 other sellers selling the same product on snapdeal. We sent an email to their CEO as well but nobody responds.
Either they should provide us with TV for the same price or we want refund with the interest for the time they had the money along with the processing/ interest we had to pay the bank on conversion to EMI.
