SnapDeal – Delivery not received misguiding

Snapdeal has not been able to fulfill delivery of a product. and kept on misguiding me about the delivery and at the very last moment after keeping me waiting for a month accepted that the problem is at their/their courier service end.

I have been mentally harassed literally waiting for my product. I want an apology from Snapdeal for the trouble they have created deducting payment, misguiding and non delivery.
