I had placed an order( Order number-33888578 with cash on delivery of Rs-548/- ) for Columbus shoes in the month on 5th-july-2014, due to size was small I returned the same and bagittoday confirm that they got the product in good condition on 8th-aug-2014. after so many communication over the phones and mail they are ready to return the money but still (22-nov-2014) didn’t get my money. I talk a lot over the phone for it they said wait for 5-6 days, even though no satisfactory answer. they constantly hold the call for 30-35 minutes which costs me a lot and also my time was waste. So please request you to look into the matter and stop such a fraud on line company. I have all e-mail communication with bagittoday.

I spent my time and money, that results me suffering from economically and psychologically. So request you to take some necessary action and I want 100 times penalty on them of the cost of product i.e:- 548 (product cost)*100 (penalty)=54800/-(refunds) from them to me
