SnapDeal – Holding the money for undelivered product

I bought Daikin AC from SnapDeal on 29th April 2014(Order Number 2026189571) which was send for delivery via Gati(AWB Number:536814190). The delivery date told to me was 8th May 2014. Product was not delivered till date. I saw the status that product reached Gurgaon on 6thMay but remained undelivered to me. I called Gati they didn’t assure delivery neither they did. I called SnapDeal and asked for cancellation if not delivered. SnapDeal agreed for cancellation. Nobody contacted me regarding delivery till 12th May 2014(then i said i have canceled the order and is not seeking for delivery any more). Then i went and bought AC from a local shop. Now SnapDeal says only when product returns back to them then only they will refund my money as if i am holding their product. I bought it using EMI option so if the refund gets delayed and goes in next monthly credit cycle i will have to pay Rs.1056 as the interest on EMI opted. I am asking SnapDeal to refund immediately as i am not holding their product, it is with their vendor or courier partner. I mailed them 5-6 times but they are not replying. So i am writing here. Please help.

They should refund immediately or in case of late refund they should refund the amount(Rs.52654) with interest(Rs.1056) that i will have to pay to credit card company.
