Snapdeal – Invoice provided has incorrect information

I purchased a washing machine of Videocon some months back and so smith gyeser few days ago. When I called up Videocon to resolve a problem I was facing with my washing machine they asked for the purchase detail. I told them I’d bought it online they said your product won’t be covered under warranty since you purchased it online and I escalated the same to Snapdeal to which they said your complaint will be resolved in 48hrs but I’m still waiting for a solution. Similarly I purchased an so smith geyser and called ao smith customer care for installation. When the representative asked about the retailer I purchased it with I read the info given on the invoice provided by snapdeal. It was an incorrect info and even the people at snapdeal didn’t have any idea about it. Again they asked me to wait for 48hrs.
For washing machine, I either want my money back or get a new washing machine with complete warranty. As for the geyser if the same happens I’d expect the same result. But most of all I want the company to be heavily punished for there deeds for the harassment caused to the customer.
