Order number – 2513093435. First, the product delivery was delayed by 3 days. The delivered product was faulty. Even after emailing them quite a few times on this issue there has not been any solid resolution. First of those emails was sent to 5th August 2014. It has already been almost two weeks and nothing of substance has been done from Snapdeal’s side. I am a student of M Tech in Computer Science and my course demands heavy usage of laptop and no resolution from Snapdeal has left me lagging from my peers. They have wasted my 15 days and have caused me mental stress and enormous amount of inconvenience.
