INOX Movies – Non Refund of Money

Dear Sir / Madam, Since you couldn’t refund Rs.111.24 that I paid via online booking on 28 August for 11:45am which I couldn’t make it to because of my health suddenly going bad. I requested for refund but couple days later was refused to reasoning of terms and conditions. I wanted to watch a movie today and on Friday and also every Friday but now that’ll never happen at INOX Malad because of this sad experience. It feels like a customer is ripped off advantaging his health by saying these are our terms and conditions for online booking. You probably need to look into it for such cases because its pathetic and puts you in shame. I requested Ritesh Arora if I could watch a Bengali film thats playing currently, first checking if it has English subtitles, got to know it has so good, but he said I’ll have to pay entire amount and asked me to cooperate with you all. I was hoping for cooperation from you all. Anyhow, I understand the ill treatment to your customer. Bengali film ticket costs Rs.130 so I was okay to pay Rs.20 as the difference but I was told I’ll have to pay fully as refund is not possible as was told earlier and that you have to adhere to them and that I must cooperate with you. Just think about it, put yourself in my place. If you still don’t get it, I feel sorry for whole of INOX team. Looks like you’re not at all interested to help me out here. For me, your stupid terms, conditions and policies don’t make any sense when it comes to what happened to me. I’ll be sharing this with everyone so they know what your “terms and conditions and policies” are even though none of us actually read them, just tick them off. Goodbye INOX Malad.
