SnapDeal – Lens not protected properly

Mail sent to SnapDeal: Hi Team Snapdeal, Yesterday (4th June 2014) I received the shipment which is a nikon d5100 camera. Upon unboxing the camera I found that the lens was not at all protected properly. The rear cover was simply lying open and the lens was moving here and there. Due to this the lens is now filled with dust and I am not able to attach the lens with the camera body otherwise the body will also get the dust. I cannot accept this..Please check what needs to be done now.

I was intimated over phone that the issue is small and asked me to visit the nearest service center.I visited the service center after 2 months but the service center told me that cleaning of the camera will be chargeable as it is physically damaged. After repeated mails now they are saying that: Dear Shrovan Bhangar, As per the TrustPay grantee you could call us back within seven days of receiving the product for any complains/concerns. However as you have called us post seven days, we regret to inform you that we would not be able to take your request. Please visit your nearest service center.
