sir, i bought intex aqua i5 hd mobile through ebay on 26th july14 they delivered it to me on 30th july. within 5 days it is mall functioning when i go to cc on 5th aug. they update software but problem same sound not clear screen gone automatically etc. after that they deposit the phone on 13 aug.14 with full accessory including box. and told me in 20 day they replaced me a new phone but still it is 55 days to gone neither they given me my phone or replaced one and when ever i go to their center they told me 7 days aur lagenge i m totally fad up please help . their engineer not picup the phone. my job sheet no. is 408131028002T001. please help and intex help line no. 18601085555. and intex engineer no. is 09582941056. thanks, manoj singla m:099924-6cccc
