SnapDeal – Mobile Charger was faulty poor service

I have placed a mobile phone order on 24th July, however the charger was faulty. The refund was initiated for this order on Aug 1 and promised to be delivered in 5-7 working days.. Yet it hasn’t transferred to my account. On inquiring I have been asked by snapdeal agent that please share the bank statement/ screenshot so that we can work at back end. Complaint No:8090105 2nd order (2533754008) was placed on July 31 and received an empty packet on Aug 3rd. Reported to Snapdeal on Aug3 and they are yet to comeback. You call their call center the only thing you can hear is “Sir, don’t worry we will arrange a call back from the concern team” and actually no one will bother to call you… Ridiculous service..
