My wife sent Rakhis from NAL post office in Bangalore to her Brother residing at C.R.Park, New Delhi. The consignment was booked at NAL post office Bangalore at 9:51 hrs on 5th August by speed post of Indian post. Rakhi was on Sunday 11th August. The Item was delivered on 12th August at 16 33 pm full eight days after booking

We want full refund of Rs.39 (postal charge)+ Rs 200 as penalty for not delivering the item on time. This lead to emotional problems to my wife and her brother.
