I have ordered 2 suits and 1 saree from F&U on 25th July and as per them delivery would be done in 7-10 days. I have ordered the package of Rs.3447 as a gift to relatives on rakhi (10-8-14). I have been continuously following up with F&U after 10 days but every time they made excuses and say sorry to me. It was a delay in service for which they are sorry but no notification has been sent to customer regarding delay. coz of delayed delivery I have shopped rakhi gifts from local market. Now I have received the delivery on 12th Aug 2014 at 5:40 PM. I have all the telephonic call recordings with me.
1. Monetary benefit of my chargeable calls. 2. Monetary benefits of my additional expenditure on gifts I have purchased from local market because of delayed delivery. 3. Penalty on the service provider for providing wrong information to customer. *I have all the telephonic conversation recordings with me.
