SNAPDEAL – Non Receipt Product in spite advance payment

Hi Sir, This is regarding complaint for not receiving my SNAPDEAL Order 3372150035. I had ordered 3 bags of LIVIYA company with Suborder number as follows. 4559720307 4559730293 4559750310. On 29th Oct 2014, I had placed order from SNAPDEAL & paid online in advance. After placing order, I received a mail that I will receive the bags within 4 to 7 days. Till today (6 Nov), I did not receive any bags. I only received a message that my order could not be delivered. In TRUTH, NOBODY from SNAPDEAL team, tried to deliver any courier at my HOME and NOBODY Called me. When I sent a mail to them, one of Snapdeal team member, named Bhavya Gupta said that by mistake those bags are not shipped to me and now they are shipped back. she accepted that it was mistake of their delivery team. But then she said that she has no solution and if I need the bags then I will have to shop them at higher rates which are there on Snapdeal site, today. Today’s prices are very high. I asked them that since it was not my fault they should re-send my bags to me. The SNAPDEAL people are cheating here. I had got a very good deal and now SNAPDEAL don’t want to deliver it too me. I have all the proofs. I had ordered these bags because I need to travel a journey soon. I ignored good offers on other E-commerce sites and chose SNAPDEAL. Now DEEWALI Offers are gone and bags in market are very costly. I feel that either they should ship my bags to me immediately or they should pay (Refund + additional penalty) to me so that I can purchase similar bags from market. I could not buy cheaper bags even from other places during Deewali offers because I trusted SNAPDEAL. Thus SNAPDEAL people should pay sound penalty to me. I find your site as a ray of hope. Because of purchase from Snapdeal, I could not buy the bags from other places that too Deewali offers. I had trusted snapdeal and missed DEEWALI OFFERS at other places. Now Snapdeal people are denying to ship my order. It was supposed to delivered at me on 5 November but they did not ship it. As per Snapdeal site, those bags were worth 5750 and got them with 40% discount at price 3450. Now if I will have to buy these bags from outside I will have to pay 5750. So either Snapdeal should ship my bags or they should pay me 5750.
