DishTv – Technician replaced HD setup box receiver installed old

I had switched over to dish tru HD from my running normal package. On Tuesday i.e. 04/11/2014, a technician from dishtv came to my house and replaced the HD setup box and receiver in place of the old one and took 600/- against the charge. But after 1 hour, it showed problem and till today I am not able to view any channel. So many times, I complained to the customer care, but all went in vein. Now they are telling, the receiver, what they replaced, is a old one. We had no new stock of receiver, hence we fixed the old one without informing to you and you have to wait till the stock arrives and you will not get your money back.

I want immediate replacement of new receiver as well as request from their side not to harass any customer.
