I am using the airtel prepaid number 9894287XXX for more than a decade. I have received a SMS from Airtel on 28th Oct 2014-1.55pm, to submit the customer proof documents within 72hrs. I have planned to submit the proof by 31st Oct 2014 but, my connection has been disconnected on 30th Oct 2014 without any prior information. So I reached the nearest airtel customer care (Velachery, Chennai, Tamil nadu). They have rerouted me to another airtel customer care (Santhome, Chennai, Tamil nadu). In Santhome office they have are not explained the proper reason for disconnection and told me to apply for new a SIM. So I brought new SIM by submitting all proof on 31st Oct 2014 and they promised me that the SIM will get activated by 4th Nov 2014 and still the SIM is not activated. Since I am staying long away from Santhome, I have called 121 to get the status and they have told it still pending with dealer and 121 customer care has denied to give any contact number of their own dealer. I have searched the contact number for sant home dealer in google and none of the phone number mentioned is for respective dealer all numbers are for airtel main customer care. Even I tried to reach the Nodal(Airtel Customer grievance) but that number also not working. Finally I have reached the sant home office by 5th Nov 2014 by 7.20pm and they have again promised me my SIM will get activated on or before 6th Nov 2014 10.00am. Even after my SIM is not activated as they mentioned so, I have called them for several time and they have simply keep on telling it will get activated in another 1 or 2 hours. I have drafted a mail for airtel customer care on Nov 5, 2014 at 4:56 PM the same. But still my SIM is not in activated.
which all will be having late payment Fees. For credit card I have managed to pay the bill by getting the money for interest. I am working in private concern in design field, due this I was completely unable to concentrate on my work hence I have been screwed up with my Managers surely it will affect my appraisal.
