SnapDeal Payment Gateway Issues

I was purchasing a mobile from Snapdeal on February 8th, 2015. I had also paid the amount of Rs. 5385 through my HDFC credit card ending 6858. The amount was debited from my credit card but Snapdeal said that the transaction was unsuccessful. I emailed the incident to my HDFC credit card team but they are saying that the transaction was successful and accordingly made the billing. I again emailed my credit card statement to Snapdeal team but till now I haven’t got the refund.
